“As we shorten the golf swing a little bit I need to have a little bit more explosiveness, a little more speed to keep up with the same distance and hopefully have more accuracy so I’ve had to strengthen lower body to be more stable and then I have to strengthen upper body to be able to accelerate and to have the rotational speed through impact.” ~Mickelson
