You might be our Big Prize Monday winner today on GolfNow’s Trivia Contest

Monday, June 30th, 2008

Happy Monday, everyone!
Well, it’s time to kick off another week here on GolfNow’s Trivia Contest and we’re doing it with a Big Prize Monday giveaway and our prize today is a Bushnell V2 Rangefinder. So, be sure to watch the show to see if you’re our Big Prize Monday winner!

On Friday’s show, we asked you a fun trivia question about a hole on a golf course in Ireland that was named after a movie starring Robert Mitchum. We think it’s the only hole named after a movie and 66% of the entries we received chose the correct course and now have one more entry into our computer for our daily drawing.

Our winner on last Friday’s show was Ben Husby of Monroe, Michigan and Ben won a NIKE Golf Prize Package. So, Ben, if you’re out there then be sure to send an e-mail to me at keri@golfnow.com within the next 30 days to claim your NIKE golf prizes.

Our question for today is on a member of the World Golf Hall of Fame who set three separate records for career earnings in the LPGA. So, have fun and have a great Monday! - Keri

Happy Friday, everyone!

With the U.S. Women’s Open kicking off yesterday, our trivia question had to do with the first foreign-born winner of that LPGA major. 60% of the entries we received chose the correct answer so, we’ll tell you who it was on today’s show and you can find out if your answer earned you another entry into our computer for our daily drawings.

Yesterday was Big Prize Thursday on the show and we heard from our very excited winner right away. So, congratulations to Jeremy Woodard of Warrior, Alabama, who is going to receive an Odyssey Black Series 1 putter - which won a Gold Medal on the 2008 Golf Digest Hot List - along with one dozen personalized Titliest Pro V1’s.

Our question for today may take just a little digging to find the answer and has to do with the name of one particular hole on a golf course in Ireland. But, you have all weekend to look for the answer - when you’re not out playing golf - so have fun and have a great weekend! - Keri
