John Daly is up to his old tricks after he got smashed at a Hooters restaurant in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Daly is said to be a regular there. But after the staff became concerned about his intoxication, and Daly refused medical care, police were called.

In their report police said Daly “appeared extremely intoxicated and uncooperative” and they had taken him into custody “out of concern for his level of intoxication.”

Daly was held by police to spend 24 hours in the drunk tank.
