Beat the Heat

With the summer months here and the temperatures rising, it’s important to stay healthy and hydrated while on the course.

Additional Tips for Staying Cool on the Course:

Stay Hydrated – We always recommend drinking more water than you think you need, especially in the summer. Stay hydrated before, during, and after your round so you can feel and play your best.

Take Advantage of the Golf Cart – If you normally like to walk the course, consider riding in the cart during the summer months. The few moments in the shade and off of your feet will conserve your energy. Plus, the breeze you’ll catch as you ride along is an added bonus.
