1. The Lipped Putt Heard Round the World
On the verge of a PGA Tour-record low 59, Phil Mickelson tapped what looked sure to be a perfect putt on the 18th at TPC Scottsdale during the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Though his cruel putt rolled around the cup rim and lipped out, Mickelson went on to take the tournament title.
2. The New Home of Golf Channel’s Morning Drive

3. Vijay Singh Admits to Using Deer-Antler Spray, Meets with Commissioner
After admitting to using a banned substance known as Deer-Antler Spray, Vijay Singh withdrew from one tournament and then met quietly with PGA Commissioner Tim Finchem at Pebble Beach on Wednesday.
4. James Hahn Shows Off His Gangnam Style
After holing a long-range birdie putt on the 16th in Phoenix, James Hahn broke out his best dance moves, imitating YouTube rapper PSY with a Gangnam Style celebration.
5. Woods 3rd on List of America’s “Most Disliked” Athletes
He may have thrilled fans last month with his dominant win at Torrey Pines, but a recent study shows that Tiger Woods still may not be in the good graces of a majority of American sports fans.
