Pro Golf’s Most Stylish Players
With NYC’s Fashion Week in full swing, we wanted to give a shout out to some of golf’s most stylish players. Whether it’s a certain color, brand or style, each of these players has their own signature look that is easily recognized by fans.
They not only dress for style, but for functionality and comfort while on the course. These are our top picks, but you tell us, who do you think brings their style A-game to the greens?
The prince of Puma always stands out on the course. With bright color schemes, mixed prints, and his signature flat-brimmed hats, Rickie is a trendsetter who brings a young, unique style to the tour.
It’s safe to say John Daly is the most colorful golfer of all time, and his attire matches his personality. With Loudmouth pants to fit every occasion, and an endless assortment of brightly colored polos, there’s never a dull moment with Daly’s wardrobe.
The late Payne Stewart was known for his sportsmanship and style. The always-classy golfer had a throwback style of ivy caps and patterned knickers, reminiscent of his professional predecessors.
Japanese golfer Ryo Ishikawa is one of the most put-together players in golf. With his mix of prints and solids, and nontraditional color palate, he never misses an opportunity to show off his personal style.
One of the more tamed, but noticeable, looks on the tour can be found on Adam Scott. He keeps it basic when it comes to his wardrobe, always looking polished and professional in his signature Mercedes-Benz attire.
Nicknamed the Pink Panther, LPGA’s Paula Creamer is known for her pink and red attire. She has fun with her wardrobe, and accessorizes her looks with ribbons and the occasional pair of tube socks.
